Skins Ground Ballhawks

STATEN ISLAND, NY—Lead by new quarterback Frank Izzo’s four passing touchdown, the Skins defeated the Ballhawks 30-10 on Sunday at Bloomingdale Park. 

Izzo’s first touchdown pass was thrown right on the money to Brendan Mcloughin who ripped the ball out of air right next to the front end zone cone.

The Ballhawks would use a late charge but a costly penalty proved lead to their demise. 

The Ballhawks set their sights on the Mermen for a Mar. 11 matchup at 3:15 pm while the Skins will head into their bye week.
